Mr Farrell’s gynaecological interests include the management of menstrual dysfunction, prolapse, endometriosis and pelvic pain. He performs a wide range of gynaecological surgery including key hole surgery for most conditions.

- surgical treatment of endometriosis
- ovarian cystectomy and oophorectomy
Mr Farrell holds daily gynaecological clinics at the Thornbury Hospital. In-patient surgical treatments are also performed at the Thornbury hospital.
